Cancellation and Refund
At All India Recruiters, we strive to provide the best possible recruitment services to both our candidates and employers. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations and refunds may be issued.
Services Eligible for Cancellation and Refund
Our services typically include recruitment, consultation, and job placement. Depending on the nature of the service, the following cancellation and refund terms apply:
  • Candidates: Generally, candidates are not charged for job placement services unless a specific fee is agreed upon in advance.
  • Employers: Recruitment services for employers may be subject to fees as agreed upon in a separate contract. Cancellation and refund terms will depend on the specific agreement with the employer.
Cancellation Policy
For Employers:
  • Cancellations of recruitment services must be made in writing and sent to us via email at applyallindiarecruiters@gmail.com.
  • If the service has already commenced (e.g., candidate sourcing, screening, interviews), the cancellation may be subject to fees for work completed.
  • Cancellations made before the commencement of services may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the terms of the individual agreement.
For Candidates:
  • Candidates are generally not subject to fees, so cancellation requests do not typically involve refunds. However, if candidates have paid for any specific consultation or career guidance services, they may cancel within 24 Hours of booking for a full refund.
Refund Policy
For Employers:
  • Full Refund: If services are canceled before work begins, a full refund may be issued within 10 business days.
  • Partial Refund: If a portion of the recruitment process has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed and costs incurred up to that point.
  • No Refund: If the recruitment process has been substantially completed, or if the employer hires a candidate through our services, no refund will be provided.
For Candidates:
  • If candidates have paid for any additional career services (e.g., resume reviews, career counseling), they may request a refund within 6 -7 days of cancellation, provided that the service has not been fully rendered.
Refund Process
Refund requests should be directed to applyallindiarecruiters@gmail.com. Once approved, refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
  • Any fees paid for completed recruitment services.
  • Fees associated with background checks or third-party services once they have been initiated.
  • Consultation fees for services that have already been delivered.
Disputes and Claims
If you believe that you are entitled to a refund or have a dispute regarding the services provided, please contact us at applyallindiarecruiters@gmail.com within 30 days of the service being rendered. We will review your claim and provide a response within 15 business days.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting to our website, and your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
